Welcome to Tricoter — where every piece is made with care, quality, and attention to detail. Please review our policy before placing your order:

Production Time

Each item is made to order and takes 7–16 working days to complete, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

If your order is delayed due to high volume or other factors, you’ll be notified right away.

If your order is placed on a weekend or bank holiday, processing time begins from the next working day.

If you raise a dispute during the production time without reason or communication, you will be blocked from ordering again from the site.

No Returns or Refunds (Unless Damaged)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds, as each piece is made just for you. The only exception is if your item arrives damaged — in that case, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can sort it out.

Every Piece is Unique

Due to the nature of knitting, small variations in texture or finish are completely normal — they’re part of what makes each piece unique. The same applies to the beads and fabric: slight colour differences may occur due to lighting, but the shape and quality remain consistent.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info. We’re not responsible for delays or issues with the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to assist if needed.

Care Instructions

To keep your knitwear in great condition, we recommend gentle handwashing in cold water and laying flat to dry.
